Shipping costs depend on order weight and destination and are calculated during the order process.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The United States of America - USPS - 7-14 days lead time

United Kingdom - Royal Mail - 7-14 days lead time

Canada - Canada Post - 7-14 days lead time

Australia - Australia Post - 7-14 days lead time

New Zealand - New Zealand Post - 7-14 days lead time

European Union - Europe Post - 7-14 days lead time

Anywhere else in the world - 7-14 days lead time

Your products may arrive with more than one delivery, but don't worry, you will receive delivery updates via email.

How can I place an order?

Simply visit our website at www.equestrianparade.com and select your desired products. Add them to your shopping cart and when you have everything together, click "Checkout", enter your contact and shipping information, proceed to payment, and either:

1) Pay with a PayPal account

2) Pay by Card with PayPal

and that's it!

You will receive a confirmation email and a text message right after.

How can I change my order?

In the event that you have selected the wrong product or a product has accidentally entered your shopping cart and you did not recognize it, however, you have made the payment.

Please email us at contact@equestrianparade.com and make your corrections.

Corrections are only possible as long as your product has not been shipped.

How can I pay for my order?

You can either:

Is my payment secured?

We use the highest security standards and all of your sensitive payment information - such as Credit Card - that is transmitted during the checkout process is encrypted. So you don't have to worry about unauthorized people gaining access to your payment information.

Cancel order after shipment

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order as it has already shipped. If you would like to return your order for a full refund, please see our Return & Refund Policy for instructions.

How can I return my product(s)?

Free Return

With the Free Return service, you have 15 days (in addition to the on-time delivery date) to decide whether you want to keep the item or return it for any reason, as long as it is unused and in its original condition - complete with the original packaging.

However, please keep in mind that the free return option is available only once, and it applies only to orders with a value below $500.00 USD.

To return your product, please contact us at contact@equestrianparade.com and we will provide you with the return address.

Scope of Service

Not all countries offer a free return service. Supported countries currently include the continental United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Poland.

Return Fees

Returning packages via door-to-door pickup service is free of charge.

Note: You can only use the free return service once for an order. If you initiate multiple returns as part of an order, you can only use the free return service once. For additional returns, you may continue to use the return service, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to the specified return address. Therefore, please consider returning the products together to avoid the additional shipping cost.

Legal Rights

We comply with all relevant legal requirements (warranty, returns, etc.) that may be applicable depending on your location as a buyer.

For example, in most EU countries, you generally have a 2-year legal warranty of conformity and a 14-day right of return (please note that in the event of a return, the buyer must bear the cost of returning the products).

Steps before filing a claim

Please email us at contact@equestrianparade.com and express your concern before filing a dispute/chargeback with your bank. It will cost you and us extra sweat and tears and by explaining your concern via email, we will resolve the case in our mutual interest.

Where do items ship from?

Most of the items are shipped from Hong Kong, Singapore, or China. This means that your order will come from overseas and will require a longer delivery time than a domestic delivery.

Who pays the customs fees?

When a package is shipped internationally, there may be import taxes, duties, and/or fees (such as handling charges) imposed by the destination country. These fees are usually due once the package arrives in the destination country.

The customer is responsible for paying any additional charges such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These fees can vary greatly and are often based on the price and type of item, the weight and dimensions of the package, the country of origin, and the destination country's taxes, duties, and fees.

If your package is subject to customs charges, your package may be held at your local customs office. Contact your local customs office for the next steps, as additional fees may apply.

There is no additional charge for shipping to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia.
